If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We strive to make every product great and provide you with our best service. With that in mind, here’s our refund / exchange policy:

• We’ll provide a replacement of equal value to you if the original item was broken, damaged, or lost during shipping.
• If you want to return an item, please contact NeighborhoodCookin@gmail.com. Refund authorization is needed. Only unopened bottles can be returned for a refund, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
